THE Department of AgrarianReform (DAR) said it has granted debt relief to 189 Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) in Zamboanga del Norte by distributing 212 Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (Cocrom), wiping out in effect their land amortization debts for nearly 2,890 hectares that were awarded to them. The distribution was held during the “Pledging Session on Empowering Local Communities” at Royal Farm in Gulayon, Dipolog City.
