This retrospective cohort study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Seoul National University Hospital (H-2309-159-1471). This study was conducted in accordance with the 1975 Declaration of Helsinki and its later versions. This work was registered at Research Registry (researchregistry9782). Data from patients who underwent pancreatectomy for pancreatic cancer between January 2005 and December 2020 were retrieved from prospectively maintained databases.
