For a 3-state reporting trip over 10 days, it is going to cost us between $4,000 to $5,000 between paying freelancers, gas, food, hotels, and equipment needs. Top former elected Democrats approached independent presidential candidate Dr. Cornel West in Chicago this week at the Democratic National Convention dangling a top position in a potential Kamala Harris presidential administration in exchange for him dropping out of the presidential race, multiple sources familiar with offers to West told Status Coup News. On top of an offer for an administration role, offers included vague, unspecific financial incentives.
