Kirby Smart made no bones about what the Bulldogs are focused on this spring. There's plenty on Georgia's to-do list over the course of spring ball, but Smart said on Tuesday that there's been a real emphasis on the run game.

Georgia point guard Silas Demary Jr. may have played his last game as a Bulldog. Demary shared on social media on Thursday that he plans to enter the transfer portal and test his NBA draft stock. The 6-foot-5 point guard has two years of eligibility remaining. If the rising junior does leave, he will be the third Bulldog that will be moving on, joining guards Tyrin Lawrence and Dakota Leffew (out of eligibility).

Georgia has some big shoes to fill with likely first-round pick Jalon Walker moving on to the NFL. While replacing the gifted inside linebacker will not be an easy task, one of his former teammates is already drawing comparisons. Chris Cole flashed as a true freshman, and the reviews to this point in spring practice have been positive.

Georgia's spring practice is rolling right along. The Bulldogs have now gotten seven practices in the books as they continue their prep ahead of the 2025 season. Georgia has several positions that need to be filled this offseason as the program looks to once again contend for a national championship. When asked about where he's seen the most progress this spring, Georgia head coach Kirby Smart pointed to the team practicing better since the second week of action.
