By Josée Rose Stryker raised its full year adjusted earnings guidance and reported a third-quarter profit that rose on higher sales. The Portage, Mich.-based, medical technology company on Tuesday said earnings were $2.16 a share, and net sales rose 11.9% to $5.5 billion, as organic net sales rose 11.5%. MedSurg and Neurotechnology net sales came in at $3.2 billion, up 12.8% from a year earlier, while Orthopaedics and Spine net sales of $2.3 billion increased 10.7% year-over-year.
