His attacks are vicious, vile, scatological and for Trump-hating Democrats, effective. Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy just dropped quite an Instagram video about his "tough f*cking day" after Chuck Schumer joined Republicans to pass the funding bill yesterday. Murphy argued the bill would likely help President Trump and Elon Musk "in their corruption and illegality" so he voted against it and went on Instagram to tell his followers what happened. He said he knew Congress needed to pass something, but complained Republicans had "drafted by themselves a bill" without Democrat input.
