CEDAR LAKE — A self-proclaimed Hells Angel from Indianapolis raised hell in a Cedar Lake bar but was captured after he was coaxed out of a home by a SWAT team negotiator, police said. Timothy Berry, 36, paid a visit to the Town Club Tavern shortly before 9:30 p.m. Wednesday and "began to argue with the patrons," Cedar Lake police said in a statement released Thursday.
