A man charged in a murder-for-hire plot in Susquehanna County is a suspect in the 2013 killing of his wife, state police said Wednesday, Sept. 6. Stephen Kaminsky, 61, was paid a $350 down payment Tuesday, Sept. 5 to kill a woman, Lorianne Amber Clapper-Holbrook, according to a criminal complaint. The man who paid for the assassination contract, however, had been working with the state police as a confidential informant.
