Housing nonprofit Brothers Redevelopment is now accepting applications for its 45th annual Paint-A-Thon season. The free program uses volunteers to paint the exterior of homes for low-income seniors and disabled residents. Homeowners who live in Colorado Springs and in the Denver metro area are encouraged to apply — particularly those who live in Commerce City, Lakewood, Arvada, Englewood, and other parts of Arapahoe County.
