    iRobot (NASDAQ:IRBT) quickly dropped 20% amid a statement of objections from the European Union that it's concerned about the robot vacuum maker's $1.4 billion sale to Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN). "The European Commission has informed Amazon of its preliminary view that its proposed acquisition of iRobot may restrict competition in the market for robot vacuum cleaners (‘RVCs')," the EC said in a statement on Monday concerng the regulator's statement of objections over the transaction.
