Irsay took over ownership of the Colts back in 1997 but had been involved with the franchise long before that. He took over day-to-day management of the franchise when his father, Robert Irsay, suffered a stroke in 1995 and two years later own a legal battle to retain ownership of the team.

    There's no way to sugarcoat this one, as an absolute nightmare scenario is played out for the Minnesota Twins on Thursday in Baltimore. Both Byron Buxton and Carlos Correa needed to leave the game after crashing into one another while chasing down a routine pop-fly. The injuries happened in the third inning, with Correa exiting the game immedietly while Buxton stayed in a little longer before being removed.

Some early leaks that got our hopes up about some holiday games, but in the end the Bucs are right about where they usually are in terms of getting some national attention. The list of opponents has been out since the end of the season, so who the Bucs are playing isn't anything new. It's when the games will happen that should cause a little stress.

If this is all true, the Bucs have a brutal start to the season (back-to-back road games) and another hardcore stretch in the middle of the season -- from Buffalo to Los Angeles to Tampa over three straight weeks.
