1. Introduction Success in future conflicts depends on multiple systems being able to integrate and operate as a broader system of systems. A foundational capability for future autonomous systems development is an open systems architecture that allows integration, interoperability, and composability of autonomous software/systems tools to perform Test, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation (TEVV). Virtual assessment tools cannot be focused on a single system that just tests interoperability.
