The Toronto Maple Leafs came flying out of the gates in Game 3, but the Florida Panthers remain the reigning Stanley Cup champions for a reason. After allowing two quick goals and then allowing the Leafs to build a 3-1 lead, the Panthers stormed back with three unanswered goals in the second period to build a 4-3 lead. It was a lead they would give up in the third period, but Brad Marchand did what he does best and sunk the Leafs with an overtime goal.

SUNRISE, Fla. - The Maple Leafs and their fanbase will have undoubtedly woken up Thursday morning feeling buoyant and optimistic after the Leafs' 4-3 win in Game 2 against the Florida Panthers. Game 2 offered a ton of entertainment value and back-and-forth hockey that is not always anticipated in playoff games.

TORONTO - The Maple Leafs will turn to Joseph Woll in Game 2 against the Panthers on Wednesday night. Woll takes over for the injured Anthony Stolarz, who left Game 1 following a hit to the head area from Panthers forward Sam Bennett. Stolarz won't dress in Game 2 and wasn't on the ice with the team on Wednesday morning. Matt Murray will serve as Woll's backup.
