A group of Altice France’s secured creditors working with law firm Gibson Dunn has chosen Rothschild as their financial advisor following a pitch process, according to two sources familiar with the matter. The group, which represents around USD 15bn in mostly secured debt, formally launched the cooperation agreement today, according to additional sources familiar with the matter.

News (Intelligence) An ad-hoc group of Altice France secured debtholders is holding a call Monday afternoon New York time with legal counsel to Gibson Dunn to discuss next steps, including bringing a financial advisor into the mix, said two sources familiar with the matter. The group encompasses roughly USD 12bn worth of holders across the Altice France’s secured debt, noted one of the sources.

Raiffeisen, a lender with one of the largest exposures to Signa Group, has mandated Teneo and its German subsidiary Herter & Co. as financial advisors and Gleiss Lutz as legal advisor in relation to the debt it extended to the Austrian property conglomerate, according to two sources familiar with the matter. Teneo in late September announced that it was acquiring Herter & Co., a Germany-based independent debt advisory and financial restructuring firm.

TalkTalk is meeting investors this week with a session organised by British bank Barclays tomorrow (18 October) and a fireside chat hosted by New Street Research, a TMT-focused independent research boutique, on Thursday, according to three sources familiar with the matter. The UK telecoms provider’s Chief Financial Officer James Smith is scheduled to attend the fireside chat on Thursday to update investors on current plans and take questions from them, two of them added.
