AbstractIn the field of image processing, practical applications such as object detection, tracking, and surveillance face significant challenges, particularly in adverse weather conditions like fog. Foggy weather conditions severely reduce object visibility, thereby impeding object detection and tracking processes. To address this issue, various image defogging techniques have been proposed by researchers.

1 IntroductionOsteosarcoma is a bone cancer arising at the ages of 10–14, specifically in children and adolescents, and, even at the age of 50, there is a high risk of suffering osteosarcoma (1). The primary change in the metaphysis of the long bones, followed by accelerated cell division, is responsible for osteosarcoma (2).
