For the last three years, in between semesters at Albion College, I’ve been busy making a life for myself out in East Texas. Hill Country is as rural of a region as I’ve lived in during these 21 years of life, but it’s a place I’ve quickly grown fond of. It’s taken acclimation, I won’t lie. Thankfully, I’ve always been an adaptable sort.
