    A 25-year-old man with a history of immunoglobulin A nephropathy resulting in end-stage kidney disease on peritoneal dialysis presented with soft tissue masses over several joints. Six months ago, he developed sudden pain in left wrist with subsequent soft tissue mass formations. On examination, he had many periarticular nodules in the fingers and toes. X rays showed extensive bilateral soft tissue calcification in a periarticular pattern.
