Ink Entertainment, the hospitality group behind Miami’s Sofia and Amal restaurants, is looking to open a Miami Beach supper club in a building owned by the firm of Steve Witkoff, President Donald Trump’s Middle East envoy. The concept will be a 14,952-square-foot retail property a block north of Lincoln Road at 1681 Lenox Avenue, which previously housed the Yard House restaurant and bar.

In another big shake-up in the Coral Gables office market, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital is taking about 65,000 square feet in the tony town’s downtown. The new corporate office will open at Columbus Center, a 473,214-square-foot complex at 1 Alhambra Plaza, according to 2025 first-quarter market reports from Savills and Cushman & Wakefield, which cited the footprint as 62,078 and 67,705, respectively.

Braman Motors is looking to get into real estate. The Florida car dealership, founded by billionaire Norman Braman, wants to redevelop its longtime campus in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood into a massive master-planned project. The four-phase development would feature two 60-story, mixed-use towers as well as a new 11-story parking garage at 2060 Biscayne Boulevard, with Arquitectonica serving as architect.
