CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Diana Ivanikhina has thrived as a member of the Cedarville University women's tennis team since her freshman year. The junior biblical studies major is especially impressive noting the fact that she learned how to play the sport not from a coach or as a member of her high school team, like many of her teammates, but from YouTube. "I learned a lot from watching [YouTube] videos and watching very good international players who came to my country to compete," Diana said.

CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Timothy Davis was celebrated for his commitment to the Cedarville men's basketball program on Saturday, February 22, when the Yellow Jackets honored their seniors prior to their home victory against Ashland University. According to coach Rob Jones, who is in his first year as head coach, Davis made an immediate impact on Jones' experience. CEDARVILLE, Ohio - For the Cedarville track team, speed runs in the family - literally. Matt Schaeckenbach and older sister Caroline Schaeckenbach aren't just teammates; they're each other's biggest supporters. The Iowa City, Iowa natives will both be competing in the NCCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships this weekend at the Doden Field House. "He's one of my best friends and we do everything together," said Caroline, a multi-events graduate student.

CEDARVILLE, Ohio - The Cedarville University men's and women's basketball teams came together during their games on January 9 in support of Heather Sellars, mother of Yellow Jacket players Ethan and Ella, while she battles a blood cancer called Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS). Donning shirts that spelled out the words, "Community (Heather's Version)," made specifically in support of the fundraiser, the teams did their part in honoring the Sellars family and showing their support.
