Hutsell, the Dallas architect who built the home in the Spanish Eclectic style for which he became renowned. Then, in 2016, its previous owners embarked on extensive remodels that made it one of the most memorable homes on the 2019 Lakewood Home Tour.

Hutsell, the Dallas architect who built the home in the Spanish Eclectic style for which he became renowned; then along came Javier Burkle, the D Home Best Designer who led meticulous renovations that transformed it. And listing agent David Bush has long been something of a Hutsell veteran, having sold four of the architect’s homes since 1985.
