If you have been around Flagstaff long enough, hopefully you were lucky enough to have known Pam Tharp. A longtime Flagstaff resident, Pam had her hand in many projects, many of which focused on improving animal welfare in northern Arizona. I was lucky enough to meet Pam Tharp soon after moving to Flagstaff in 2008 when she contacted me about partnering with her to support her many projects and charities focused on animal welfare.
