    LANCASTER — The AV Alta Football Club is 2-0 at Lancaster Municipal Stadium, and fans may find parking for home games easier thanks to an agreement between the city and Antelope Valley Soccer LLC. The City Council on April 8 approved an agreement with AV Soccer LLC good for up to three years for the use of city-owned parcels around the stadium for parking. There was no prior discussion, as the item was part of the consent calendar.
