By Julie Johnson Sheriff's deputies arrested a Salem-area fugitive wanted on suspicion of robbery and assault on Friday at the Cascade Village Shopping Center in Bend. The U.S. Marshals Service notified the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office on Friday that Ryan R. Gossett, 38, of Turner, was wanted on three warrants alleging robbery and was believed to be in the Bend area, according to a release from the sheriff's office.
