The idea of products and services using artificial intelligence fills people with a blend of nervous excitement. On average, global public sentiment about AI products and services is split in half between “excited” and “nervous” according to a 31-country poll which included 22,816 adults under the age of 75. Japan doesn’t seem all that worried, with the lowest score for nervousness. Australia, on the other hand is the most nervous at 69%. Thailand leads for most excited at 80%.
