Two moms in Grand Rapids say they are on a mission to make things more affordable for families. Melissa Cook and Melanie Salamone started the West Michigan ‘Just Between Friends’ sale. It’s a pop-up resale shop that happens twice a year in the former Art Van on Alpine in Comstock Township. “It’s hard to be able to afford everything,” Cook said. “I mean from groceries to clothing it’s just not getting easier.”Families can buy and sell clothes and have a chance to earn money at the sale.
