This title is clickbait. I’m at a crossroad. I want to believe in the optimistic future I’ve always believed in. I want to be a progressive and believe we are approaching a time where the common man and woman can have a good life with the sweat of their brow. But I can’t. I don’t want to be an alarmist or a conspiracy theorist. We are at a stage in history where the actions taken today can have a drastic outcome on who we are tomorrow.
