In this work, the solubility of acetylcysteine in 12 pure solvents (water, methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, isopropanol, n-butanol, isobutanol, dimethylformamide, formamide, ethylene glycol, dimethylacetamide, and dimethyl sulfoxide) was determined using a dynamic method over the temperature range from 278.15 to 323.15 K. The results indicate that the solubility of acetylcysteine increases with increases in temperature.
