Neon's Longlegs, the feature from Osgood Perkins about an FBI agent's hunt for a deranged serial killer, is now available to watch for free on Kanopy, a little-known streaming service that provides free films and television shows to people with library cards. The film is also streaming on Hulu, but this gives viewers without Hulu a chance to catch it for no cost.
