Ethical considerations. Ethical approval for the conduct of this research has been received from the Ghana Health Service Ethics Review Committee (GHS-ERC: 019/11/23). The approval from the GHS-ERC is for one year, from 17 November 2023 to 16 November 2024. Administrative approval and support have been given by the Health Facilities Regulatory Agency in Ghana (HeFRA) for collaboration on this project.
