Purpose Intrarenal pressure (IRP) is thought to play a role in complications following ureteroscopy. This area is poorly studied because of the difficulty in routinely measuring IRP. We report on our first-in-human experience using the LithoVue EliteTM ureteroscope (Boston Scientific).
