Missouri’s law took effect on Jan. 1 of this year, marking the state as a straggler when it comes to adopting legislation requiring drivers to refrain from using handheld devices while driving.

We’re caffeinating and hydrating him. We’re making sure he’s eating. @SteveKornacki, the national treasure, is rested and eager for his quadrennial Super Bowl. He also just reported the overwhelming majority of Georgia’s vote should be reportable shortly after polls close. https://t.co/gAk6Ce97Aj
