ETMarkets.comGFCL EV Products Ltd. (GFCL EV), a subsidiary of Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFL), part of the InoxGFL Group, has raised Rs 1,000 crore at an equity valuation of Rs 25,000 crores, the company said on Wednesday. The promoters of the InoxGFL Group led the round in the fund raise along with several marquee investors, including the family offices of some of the largest business groups in India, the company said in a regulatory filing.

AgenciesONGC has floated a tender seeking manufacturers/service providers to tap stranded natural gas. Mumbai: State-run Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) are separately looking to rope in a foreign partner for the greenfield petroleum refineries they are planning to set up, said people aware of the development. Dialogue is on with Saudi Arabia.

ReutersRenewable energy Contract manufacturing company Zetwerk plans to invest ₹500 crore over the next two years to expand its renewables manufacturing, cofounder and COO Srinath Ramakkrushnan told ET. The company also plans to expand in the offshore wind segment in the US and Europe. "We have invested around Rs 300 crore over the last few years. We are looking at investing another Rs 500 crore over the next two years.
