The Abia State head of service (HoS), Benson Ojeikere, has urged the Federal Mortgage Bank (FMB) to revive its suspended housing project in the state. Abia State Environmental Sanitation Agency (ASEPA), Umuahia zone has threatened to apprehend and prosecute environmental sanitation violators in the zone. The general manager of the zone, Ambrose Jonah stated this to LEADERSHIP Friday while inspecting a gully erosion site in Ubabiri Umuchime autonomous community, Ossah Ibeku. Jonah said the ASEPA had set up a task force to monitor and apprehend such violators and warned residents of the zone against indiscriminate dumping of refuse.
