I wanted to be one of those reformer girlies with the coordinating athleisure outfit and toned abs, sliding around on a dubious-looking machine, sweating but in that minimalist and sexy way. But it's not just the sight of daffodils and blue skies that's making us feel fresh – there's good reason for it. Today, 20th March 2025, marks the spring equinox, which is the start of the astrological new year.
