Results PEGSerp-1 treatment of MA30-infected C57Bl/6 mice PEGSerp-1 treatment was assessed in SARS-CoV-2 MA30-infected C57Bl/6 mice using a lethal dose 50 (LD50) inoculation calculated at 1.3–1.4 × 103 pfu (Fig 1; Wong et al, 2022). MA30-infected mice were treated with daily intraperitoneal (IP) injections of either PEGSerp-1 or control saline and followed for either 4 or 7 days (N = 40 mice, Table 1).
