We now know more about the bug that was exploited last week, resulting in over $220 million in frozen and stolen funds from the Sui-based DEX Cetus. On Monday, Sui described the flaw as "a bug in a Cetus math library" and promised to commit $10 million to improving Sui's security more broadly. That includes a bug bounty program, plus Sui-funded security audits for projects using the chain.

DeLorean Labs - the crypto arm of the rebooted 80s car company featured in the Back to the Future films - is working with British actor Sir Patrick Stewart to promote the upcoming DeLorean electric car. "They say the best way to predict the future is to create it," Stewart said in a video. DeLorean Labs has launched onchain vehicle reservations using Sui NFTs for the upcoming DeLorean Alpha 5 EV - which would be the first DeLorean produced in over 40 years.

Crypto gaming studio VOYA Games has raised $5 million in funding in a round led by 1kx and Makers Fund, with RockawayX also investing. Angel investors Jeff Zirlin, who cofounded Sky Mavis, and Sebastien Borget, cofounder and COO of The SandBox, also participated in the round (Zirlin is also a partner at 1kx). "Our goal is to build a token ecosystem where games are connected through a shared player economy and culture," said VOYA Games CEO and founder Oliver Loffler.

Martin Masser is now trying to bring more awareness to the chain that saw a "tap-to-earn" run last year. He told me in an interview that even in crypto circles, most know what Telegram is, but far fewer know about TON. Masser's focused on expanding TON's presence and awareness in the US and Europe.
