Government bosses have issued a "good news" council tax update, regarding some people who may not need to pay any at all. Most people who are aged 18 and over will have to pay, with a full council tax bill in place where at least two adults live at a property. Some people are "disregarded", though, meaning you may be able to get a council tax discount or exemption. And a new post from the Government's official X account on Monday moved to clarify this around a certain group of people.
