The University of Rhode Island Student Senate discussed bills regarding the amendment of bylaws outlining eight new constituency seats and met with the counseling center for a presentation. The senate discussed a bill proposed by College of Engineering Rep. Cole Rinne, outlining eight new constituency seats which would be added to the student senate if passed. The first bill regards changing the bylaws and the second bill regards changing the student senate constitution, according to Rinne.
