Back in her early 20s, when she was working as a bottle-service waitress in Toronto, Shay Mitchell put up a vision board in her apartment kitchen. Plastered on it were images of what the aspiring actor hoped her life would someday resemble: palm trees, a Teen Choice Awards surfboard, a Maybelline ad starring model Adriana Lima… Shortly after, she sent in an audition tape for a teen mystery drama called Pretty Little Liars, got the part and moved to L.A. to film the series.

She may have played the provocative and ever glamourous Chloe on season three of The White Lotus (who could forget that pink custom Jacquemus look on the yacht?), but in real life, Canadian actor, artist and director Charlotte Le Bon is happiest being surrounded by trees, not a scrap of makeup on her face. “I feel like when I wear a bunch of artifice, I lose a bit of myself,” she explains. That’s partly the reason why she’s shied away from beauty brand deals in the past.

The original tome, a collector’s item of which only 3,000 copies were produced, quickly sold out and has been impossible to find on resale sites. “No one’s letting go of it,” says the Tibi founder/creative director.
