Our area could experience some isolated flooding, though severe weather is unlikely. EXCESSIVE RAINFALL OUTLOOK(maxuser | wvva weather)Winds should back off a bit into Wednesday, and with a warm front lifting through the area in the morning, warmer air will filter in from the south.
