1 INTRODUCTION Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as fluoxetine (Prozac), are commonly prescribed pharmacotherapies for anxiety disorders, which are among the most common of all mental health disorders (e.g., Kessler et al., 2005; Polanczyk et al., 2015) and lead to a substantial burden in terms of years lost to disability (Baxter et al., 2014).
