    A bill is on Gov. Greg Abbott’s desk that will ban THC products in Texas, if he signs. Senate Bill 3 states that a license holder may not manufacture a consumable hemp product that contains any amount of a cannabinoid. Delta-9 THC is the most commonly known and abundant cannabinoid. The chemical is responsible for the psychoactive effects of cannabis, giving users a “high.”Products with Delta-9 THC are currently only legal in Texas if they contain less than 0.3% of the substance.
