    We were enlisted to transform 4 bedrooms in this inner-city property. All spaces were simple and functional but lacked a sense of elegance and design detail. Each space included basic storage, and it simply wasn’t enough to keep things organised, and the spaces felt somewhat plain and unfinished. Before: After our transformation, each bedroom now has ample storage and refined detailing. We designed custom joinery for all four rooms.

    2. Merging inside and outBringing the natural environment into your home and turning areas such as balconies, courtyards and decks into lush outdoor entertaining spaces are, I believe, trends that are here to stay. Having a connection with nature is known to be good for our sense of wellbeing – something a lot of people discovered during the Covid-19 lockdowns. I always look to the outdoor aspects of a project and try to work them into indoor areas in order to maximise living space.
