The harness racing broodmare Behindclosedoors (Andover Hall) 3,1:53.2f ($589,226), the dam of Sister Sledge 2,1:53.1; 3,1:51.2 ($842,815), has died at the age of 17 at Sergent Stables in Ocala, Fla. “It’s with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to Behindclosedoors, the mare who truly laid the foundation for Sergent Stables,” said Sergent Stables farm manager Troy Eyler.
