ResultsWe performed microendoscopic imaging in freely behaving male mice with VMHdmSF1 neurons expressing GCaMP7f (Figures 1A–1D; Videos S1, S2, and S3).12,37,38,39 The mice were introduced to a custom-designed two-chamber arena (Figure 1E).
