WALDORF, Md. (7News) — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) plans to "fully prosecute" the man who was charged with the murder of a Waldorf mother prior to deportation, sources tell 7News. ICE officers arrested Keycy Robinson Alexis Barrera-Rosa, a 23-year-old Guatemalan national, on April 5 in La Plata, Maryland. Barrera-Rosa is facing charges for the murder of his girlfriend, 23-year-old Lesbia Mileth Ramirez Guerra, who was also a Guatemalan national.

Washington (7News) — A D.C. man received a 192-month prison sentence for a series of delivery truck armed carjackings across the District of Columbia and Maryland in November 2023. Rubin Raphael Bordeaux, 36, pleaded guilty on September 12, 2024, to carjacking and to possessing a firearm during a crime of violence. In addition to the prison term, U.S. District Court Judge Jia M. Cobb ordered Bordeaux to serve three years of supervised release.
