Despite rainy weather and cool temperatures, preschool students at ICAP Head Start participated in the "Little 500" Thursday at the former Greenstreet Elementary School building in New Castle. Students built and decorated their own cardboard race cars at home with help from family members. The creative designs featured everything from Spiderman to unicorns and Scooby-Doo's Mystery Machine. Each class participated in their own race as kids sprinted through wet grass toward the finish line.
