On Friday at 2:45 a.m., San Jose police say a man driving a blue 2019 Nissan Sentra was headed westbound on Virginia Street. As the driver approached Almaden Avenue, police say he hit two pedestrians. One of the pedestrians, a man in a wheelchair, was sent crashing into a parked car as a result of the collision, police said.
