    An Amazon Fresh grocery store. (Bloomberg) -- The UK’s supermarket regulator is investigating Amazon.com Inc. over delayed payments to the online retailer’s suppliers. The Groceries Code Adjudicator said Friday it has reasonable grounds to suspect Amazon has breached rules relating to payments, based on evidence from a range of sources. The company could face a fine of as much as 1% of its annual revenue in the UK if a breach is confirmed.
