One year after his death, the longtime Los Angeles estate of Richard Simmons has landed on the market for $7 million, Realtor.com reports. The fitness icon and media personality bought the 1937 Neoclassical Revival Colonial–style home in the 1980s and maintained it as his primary residence until his July 2024 death at the age of 76.

It took nearly a year and several price slashes, but Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have finally sold their Parisian-inspired Beverly Hills home for about $10.18 million, Realtor.com reports. The House of Harlow designer and Good Charlotte guitarist, who share two children, bought the contemporary-style five-bedroom, seven-bathroom house in May 2021 for $10.15 million and listed it in July 2024 for $12.95 million. The deal closed last week.

A home on Billy Joel’s longtime Long Island estate just changed hands for $7 million, the New York Post reports. The news of the sale comes days after the Grammy-winning musician canceled all of his scheduled concert dates to undergo physical therapy for normal pressure hydrocephalus, a brain disorder that affects hearing, vision, and balance. Spanning five acres, the parcel was part of Joel’s 26-acre Centre Island compound, dubbed Middlesea, which he began assembling in 2002.
